一句話版本
長輩講的話不會離開這台電腦。 語音辨識、對話生成、安全判斷全部在這台電腦裡完成,不需要網路,我們也收不到。
In one sentence: what the elder says never leaves this computer. Speech recognition, conversation, and safety checks all run locally. No account, no server, nothing sent to us.
我們不會做的事
- 不會把長輩的聲音或對話內容上傳到任何伺服器
- 不會建立帳號,不會要求 email、電話或任何身分資訊
- 不會放廣告,不會追蹤,不會分析使用行為
- 不會把任何資料賣給或分享給第三方
- 開發者(包含我們自己)看不到任何一位長輩的對話
We do not: upload voice or conversation content anywhere; require an account, email, or phone number; show ads; track usage; sell or share data. We — the developers — cannot see any conversation.

Everything above is stored on the user's own computer. Uninstalling the app, or clearing data in the caregiver settings, removes it.
麥克風
小安需要麥克風才能聽長輩講話。Windows 會在第一次使用時詢問您是否允許。
- ⚠ 只有在照顧者按下「開始陪伴」之後才會開始收音
- 收到的聲音當場轉成文字,音訊本身不會被存起來,也不會被送到任何地方
- 隨時可以在 Windows 的「隱私權與安全性 → 麥克風」關掉
Microphone: used only after the caregiver presses Start. Audio is transcribed on the spot and never stored or transmitted. You can revoke access at any time in Windows privacy settings.
⚠ 三件會連上網路的事
我們說「不需要網路」是指日常使用。有三個例外,要說清楚:
1. 第一次啟動時下載語音辨識模型
語音辨識需要一個約 500 MB 的模型檔。第一次啟動時會從 huggingface.co(一個公開的模型平台)下載。
- 那是單向下載:我們送出的只有「請給我這個檔案」
- ⚠ 不會送出任何長輩的資料、聲音或身分資訊
- 下載完成後就不再需要,之後完全離線可用
2. 照顧者自己選擇連接雲端 AI(預設不啟用)
這個 App 內建自己的 AI,預設就是用它,完全在本機。
⚠ 但後台提供一個選項:照顧者可以填入自己的 API 金鑰,改用 Anthropic、OpenAI、DeepSeek 或 Google 的雲端 AI。
- 選了那條路之後,對話內容會被送到那家公司,適用的是他們的隱私權政策
- 我們不經手、不儲存、也拿不到那些內容
- ★ 這是照顧者主動的選擇,而且隨時可以改回內建的本機 AI
3. 照顧者自己按下回報小安說的話(預設不啟用)
小安的回覆是 AI 當場生成的,偶爾會說得不合適。長輩畫面上,小安說的話下面有一顆
「回報這句話」,照顧者可以把那一句寄給我們。
- ★ 不會自動送出。 按下去只會打開一張表單,上面看得到完整的、將要送出的內容;
按了「用電子郵件寄出」或「複製回報內容」之後,它才會離開這台電腦。
- ★★ 預設只送小安說的那一句,那是 AI 生成的內容。
長輩自己說的話預設不會附上 —— 要附上必須照顧者主動勾選,而且勾選之後
畫面上會直接顯示那一句話,他看得到自己正在送出什麼。
- 回報內容會寄到本頁下方的聯絡信箱,經過您自己的電子郵件程式送出。
- 沒有寄出的回報也會留在後台「安全通知」裡,那一份純粹在本機。
Three things that use the network:
- First launch downloads a ~500 MB speech-recognition model from huggingface.co. That is a one-way download — no user data is sent. After that the app works fully offline.
- Optional cloud AI. The app ships with its own local AI and uses it by default. A caregiver may choose to enter their own API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Google. If they do, conversation content is sent to that company and their privacy policy applies. We never receive or store it. This is opt-in and reversible.
- Reporting an AI reply. Under what Annie says there is a small “Report this”. It opens a form showing exactly what would be sent; nothing leaves the computer until the caregiver presses send or copy. By default only Annie's own sentence is included — the elder's words are not attached unless the caregiver explicitly ticks that box, and ticking it shows them the exact sentence first. Reports are sent through the caregiver's own email program to the address below.
誰的資料、誰能看
這個 App 是給照顧者安裝、給長輩使用的。
- 後台(逐字稿、回憶、日報)由照顧者用密碼保護
- ⚠ 請照顧者留意:逐字稿裡會有長輩講過的話。那些內容留在這台電腦上,
誰能開這台電腦就能看到 —— 請比照家中其他私密文件保管
Who can see it: the caregiver, on that computer, behind a PIN. Anyone with access to that computer can read the transcripts — please treat them like any other private household document.
兒童
這個 App 是為失智症長輩與其照顧者設計的,不以兒童為對象,也不會刻意收集兒童資料。
Children: this app is designed for elders living with dementia and their caregivers. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data.
資料刪除
- 後台的「清除資料」會刪掉這台電腦上的所有對話、回憶與設定
- 解除安裝這個 App 也會一併移除
- ⚠ 因為我們手上沒有任何資料,所以不需要(也無法)向我們申請刪除
Deletion: clear data in the caregiver settings, or uninstall. We hold no data, so there is nothing to request deletion of.
政策變更
如果這個 App 的行為改變(例如新增任何會傳送資料的功能),這份政策會先更新,並在 App 內告知。
Changes: if the app's behaviour changes, this policy will be updated first and the change surfaced in the app.
